Privacy Statement

Our course platform at learn.betterailearning.education is a separate service with its own privacy notice. Individuals who sign up there provide an email address, which is used for login and course-related communications. That notice — not this one — governs the course platform.

Who we are

Better AI Learning (“BAL”, “we”, “us”) publishes online courses and educational programs. This statement covers our marketing website, betterailearning.education.

What this website collects

Nothing. There are no contact forms, no newsletter sign-ups, and no visitor tracking.

If you email us

When you click an “email us” link on this site, your own email program opens with our address filled in. If you send us a message, we of course receive whatever you include — your email address and whatever you write.

We use it only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not share the content of your emails with anyone else, except where required by law. We keep correspondence only as long as we need it to follow up or for our own records, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Legal basis (GDPR)

For visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland: if you email us, we process your message on the basis of taking steps at your request or our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.

Your rights

If you live in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or California, you have additional statutory rights (including data portability and, in California, the right to know and to delete). We honor these rights regardless of where you live.

Children’s privacy (COPPA)

This website is directed at adults — parents, teachers, school administrators, and organization decision-makers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 through this site. If a parent or guardian believes their child has emailed us and we hold that information, please contact us and we will delete it. Our courses designed for children are delivered on our separate course platform under specific consent processes with schools or parents.

Schools and student data (FERPA)

This marketing website does not collect student records. When schools license our courses, we act as a “school official” under FERPA and sign a data protection agreement with the school governing how any student information on our course platform is used, stored, and returned or destroyed. Contact us for a copy of our school DPA.

Security

Our website is served over HTTPS. Email correspondence travels through your own email provider and ours — please use appropriate care when sending sensitive information.

Changes to this statement

If we change what this website does, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
